If you’re a coach who’s made it to 7-figures in revenue…

Congratulations!

You’ve done something that only about 10% of coaches ever achieve.

To unlock that accomplishment, you’ve likely:

  • Sold high-value services like intimate 1:1 coaching packages

  • Launched one – or multiple – scalable group coaching program and/or courses, and

  • Mastered the art of client acquisition (over and over again, each time there’s an algorithm update)

None of those tasks were easy.  And none of them would have gotten you where you are today on its own.

But by strategically leveraging different offers and consistently growing your audience…

You have arrived.

And I bet it feels REALLY good—right?

And yet…

These days, instead of hustling like you did back in the days of 10k months, now you find yourself up at night googling “high-ticket coaching retention strategies” and “client retention strategies for coaches”…

Because it’s true what they say:

“New level, new devil”

Now that you’ve built your coaching business to 7-figures+, you’re realizing:

→ Keeping clients engaged is tough—even the people who get great results in your signature program tend to drift away after their initial excitement has worn off. It’s a constant struggle to keep people engaged long-term because you don’t have a systematic way of nurturing those relationships or increasing the lifetime value of those clients.

→ Client engagement is overwhelming your existing team. Manually keeping track of who’s engaged, who’s gone quiet and who might be ready to upgrade requires a LOT of time and attention. Without a structured approach, you know some clients are getting left behind, while you’re missing out on profitable opportunities for upsells and referrals.

→ You’re constantly in client acquisition mode, thanks to high client churn rates. With limited insight into who’s getting fantastic results and who’s one unanswered question away from slagging you off on Reddit… Your team is too busy playing Whack-a-mole to develop a strategic approach to developing strategies for client retention.

As a result?

You’re not as PROFITABLE as you know you could be.

Sure, business is good…

But you just know you’re leaving money on the table.

If you want to increase your client engagement, automate your follow up, improve your client retention and increase the lifetime value of your high-ticket coaching clients?

You need The Post-Sale Profit System.

What is The Post-Sale Profit System (and how can it help you improve retention for your high-ticket coaching clients)?

The Post-Sale Profit System is an automated ecosystem of behaviour-based email sequences that track your clients’ engagement, interests, desires & results. As a result,  you’re able to:

  • Keep your clients engaged

  • Help them achieve greater success, and

  • Make them the right next offer at exactly the right time.

Its strategic, sales-driven flows help you keep clients longer, upgrade them faster and increase the number of referrals they happily send your way.

If you’re interested in learning more about how The Post-Sale Profit System works, I highly recommend you watch my free, on-demand webinar:

Profit without Pressure: How backend sales automations sustainably add 5-6 figures to your bottom line—with no new ads, offers or launches.

Why should implementing The Post-Sale Profit System be a priority for you right now?

As a 7-figure CEO, your life is FULL of abundance.

But that also means you and your team have an ABUNDANCE of ideas when it comes to which project you tackle next:

  •  Should you upgrade to a different CRM?

  • Give your evergreen funnels a reboot?

  • Create a new mid-tier offer?

Add another team member… Or go all out on a website redesign?

Your team has no shortage of ideas for how you can change things up behind the scenes— just scrolling your IG feed lead to major overwhelm!—but determining which project to focus on FIRST can keep you spinning your wheels or spread too thin.

Luckily, as CEO, you also know to follow the $$$ to the highest ROI.

Curious what your ROI would look like from The Post-Sale Profit System?

Check out my free ROI Calculator Tool to find out exactly how much profit potential is hiding in your business’ backend:

As that tool shows, coaches who are already at 7-figures in revenue can likely add 5-6 figures in PROFIT by implementing The Post-Sale Profit System…

But in case you’re still not sure, here are 5 reasons implementing The Post-Sale Profit System should be the first next thing you do:

  1. While your choice of CRM tool is important, if you don’t have a solid post-sale strategy in place, even “the best” CRM tool won’t be able to solve your retention issues.

  2. The long-term ROI is unmatched: As this study by Bain & Company found, “Even just a 5% increase in customer retention produces 25% to as much as a 95% increase in profit.”

  3. Implementing a strategic system for backend sales – especially one as tailored to high-ticket coaching companies as The Post-Sale Profit System - creates a foundation for sustainable growth. Scaling becomes much easier when your client engagement and upselling are automated.

  4. Automating the task of checking in with clients, offering upgrades, and requesting feedback means your team members have more time to focus on other strategic initiatives.

  5. Once you’ve systematized the process of asking satisfied clients for referrals, you’ll find new client acquisition becomes easier without any additional marketing spend. Not to mention that leads acquired by referral tend to be higher quality and easier to retain.

Ultimately, The Post-Sale Profit System will support and enhance any other growth initiatives you pursue in the coming months.

Your next launch?

That new funnel?

New offer?

They’ll ALL make your coaching business more money once you have The Post-Sale Profit System in place.

OK, I’m convinced. What do we need to have in place before we install backend sales automations?

Great question!

The Post-Sale Profit System assumes that you have a suite of offers (typically at least 3) that serve the same core audience, either helping them solve different but related problems, or offering them different levels of support and access.

For example, you might have:

  •  An signature course that acts as your entry-level offer, priced at $997

  • A 6-12 month signature program or mastermind that acts as your flagship offer, priced at $5000

  • A membership community where people get a low-access level of ongoing support for $197/month

Or you might have:

  • A suite of low-ticket offers that attract people into your world (Priced between $97-$497)

  • A signature course that acts as your flagship offer (priced at ~ $1997), and

  • A membership community that gives people ongoing access to you for $77/month

Whatever your offer suite looks like, the prerequisite for The Post-Sale Profit System is that you have at least one offer priced at $2500 or higher and, ideally, you also have some kind of Continuity Offer that allows you to generate recurring revenue from clients who stick around.

When I get on a 15-minute Fit Check Call with someone to determine whether their business is a good fit for The Post-Sale Profit System, I plug their numbers into the ROI Calculator Tool I created specifically to see how much my potential clients stand to gain from improving these numbers.

Sign up here for instant access to this spreadsheet so that you can calculate your own potential ROI:

Ideally, I want you to stand to make at least  an additional $20,000 in the next 3 months from the behaviour-based email automations we’ll put in place.

You also need to be using - or willing to switch to – smart tools in order for these automations to operate:

  • An email marketing provider that allows for automations to be triggered by tagging & segmentation (I like ConvertKit)

  • A survey or feedback tool that integrates with your email marketing platform (ideally without requiring a 3rd-party app workaround)

  • Optional: An affiliate tracking system, e.g. PartnerStack or similar, ONLY if you intend to offer a financial incentive for referrals

Using these 3 tools, The Post-Sale Profit System allows you to:

→ Collect feedback from your clients, giving your both rich Voice of Customer data and allowing you to optimize your offer based on what your best clients are saying

→ Make them an offer based on their response, whether that’s support included in their current program OR additional resources beyond their current program, and

→ Help your clients get even better results, thereby giving them even more incentive to rave about your programs to their friends—attracting high-quality leads FOR you, with no additional marketing spend

If you’re not ready yet, here’s what to do first:

1, If your offer suite is the issue, start by identifying your Entry Point, Signature and Continuity Offers.

Each should appeal to the same Ideal Client while either solving a different problem or offering a different level of support.

Looking for a business coach to help you get this figured out? DM me on Instagram and I’d be happy to connect you with the right person based on your needs.

2. If it’s your tech stack that’s the trouble, here are the tools that I recommend:

  • ConvertKit (affiliate link)

  • ActiveCampaign

  • Typeform (affiliate link - Note that Typeform no longer features a native integration with ConvertKit, but it does integrate very well with Hubspot)

  • RightMessage

If you’re ready to start now, here’s your best next step:

Book your 15-minute Fit Check Call with me using the button below:

On this call, we’ll quickly run through the eligibility criteria for The Post-Sale Profit System in order to confirm you’re already set up with everything you need.

Next, we’ll hop on a second call to discuss the details of your offer ecosystem and exactly which sequences my team and I will craft for you, before putting together a custom proposal and sending it your way for a final review.

Once that document is completed & your first payment’s been made, we can cut straight to the Kickoff Call, and start the process of getting your Post-Sale Profit System up and running.
